There is always another painting to finish, another idea to pursue, another job waiting.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI started this mail club because I wanted to make room for something slower—and invite you to join me.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFor me, “put the kettle on” means more than making tea. It means come in, sit down, tell me how you are. It brings back the comfort of familiar kitchens, shared stories, and knowing there is time for you.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI want to carry a little of that feeling into these envelopes.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMy paintings are where it begins, but connection is at the heart of it: a letter to read, something beautiful to keep, and a card you can send to someone who might need to know they’re on your mind.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI’m learning to appreciate the ordinary things—the dogs curled beside me, a walk outside, even the mountain of my grown children’s shoes by the front door.
